Eligibility
- Sr Associate Advocates (Non-Litigations):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience specializing in legal title due diligence of properties.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience managing a team of associate advocates.
- Expertise in dealing with banking clients and delivering prompt, high-quality legal reports.
- Sr Associate Advocates (Litigations):
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Proficiency in handling matters related to the recovery of bank dues through various legal avenues such as Suits, DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI, Arbitration, NCLT, etc.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sr Associate Advocates (Non-Litigations):
- Conduct comprehensive legal title due diligence of properties.
- Manage a team of associate advocates.
- Liaise with banking clients to ensure timely and accurate legal reporting.
- Sr Associate Advocates (Litigations):
- Handle litigation cases related to the recovery of bank dues.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in various legal forums, including Suits, DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI, Arbitration, and NCLT.
