Eligibility
Candidates interested in the Trademark Associate position should meet the following criteria:
- Hold an LLB or LLM degree.
- Have 0 to 2 years of experience in trademark and copyright law.

- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Trademark Associate at Masilamani Law Partners, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting trademark and copyright searches to assess the availability and potential conflicts of intellectual property.
- Drafting and filing trademark and copyright applications.
- Managing the prosecution process, including responding to office actions and handling oppositions and cancellations.
- Preparing and reviewing assignment deeds and other related legal documents.
- Advising clients on trademark and copyright strategies and compliance.
- Coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handling of IP matters.
