About CEADRL
The Centre for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Law (CEADRL) was founded in 2021 within ICFAI Law School. It focuses on ADR education and research, guided by Associate Professor Dr. Susanta Shadangi, Assistant Professor Ms. Monika Kothiyal, and Placement Coordinator Mr. Diwakar Das. The Centre aims to advance understanding of ADR laws through innovative projects and policy discussions.
Theme
The discussion will focus on the culture of commercial arbitration, exploring its benefits, challenges, and opportunities for growth. The event aims to raise awareness about arbitration, highlight best practices, and address recent advancements in the field.
