Eligibility

  • Trademark Associate: Minimum 6 years of experience in trademark law.
  • Paralegal (Opposition) Manager: Minimum 6 years of experience in opposition proceedings.
  • Receptionist/Front Desk: Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles.
  • HR Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Trademark Associate:
    • Handling trademark prosecution, opposition, and litigation.
    • Advising clients on trademark registration and protection strategies.
    • Conducting trademark searches and preparing legal opinions.
  • Paralegal (Opposition) Manager:
    • Managing trademark opposition cases.
    • Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials.
    • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Receptionist/Front Desk:
    • Managing the front desk and greeting clients.
    • Handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
    • Maintaining office supplies and records.
  • HR Manager:
    • Overseeing the HR department and managing HR policies.
    • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
    • Employee relations and performance management.
