Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold an LLB degree and be enrolled as an Advocate with any State Bar Council.
- Proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
Experience:
- Trainee Associate: Minimum 6 months post-qualification experience.
- Associate: 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
For Banking & Finance
- Drafting legal documents, filing cases, and managing miscellaneous legal work.
- Representing clients before DRT, NCLT/NCLAT, and other tribunals and forums.
- Ensuring compliance with banking and finance laws.
For Media & Entertainment / IPR
- Drafting contracts and agreements, with a preference for media and commercial agreements.
- Conducting trademark and copyright searches, handling objections, and managing filings.
- Performing in-depth legal research and providing advice on intellectual property issues.
