Eligibility

Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in a law firm or law chambers.

Role and Responsibilities

Drafting and filing legal pleadings and documents.
Representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
Handling cases before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, and Consumer Forums.
Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
