Eligibility
- The ideal candidate for this role should hold a minimum qualification of LL.B / LLM and possess 8-13 years of post-qualification experience.
- They should have a strong understanding of court-related matters, including drafting, appearance, evidence, and arguments.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Manager, Dispute Resolution (Legal) will be responsible for:
- Independently handling legal issues, including drafting, appearance, and arguments.
- Coordinating with external legal firms, reviewing legal documents, and negotiating contract terms.
- Providing expert legal advice to management on various aspects of the business, focusing on litigation prevention and resolution.
- Setting up an effective litigation prevention and resolution function within the organization.
- Handling intellectual property rights (IPR) matters, including trademark/copyright registration and protection.
- Developing a PAN India legal reach program for effective resolution of cases across different domains.
- Providing legal support in cases involving detention, police custody, and filing FIR for employees.
- Developing training programs and preventive strategies to resolve disputes before they escalate.
