BNY Mellon is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join their Global Asset Safety Group as a Senior Associate (Grade I) in Regulatory Oversight Management. Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of total work experience, with a preference for Techno-Functional experience.
- Experience in Transformation initiatives, Business Analysis, and deriving problem statements for business cases.
- Knowledge of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and UK regulations is advantageous.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate in Regulatory Oversight Management will:
- Drive solution development initiatives to reduce risk and enhance resiliency within the Global Asset Safety Group.
- Explore BNY Mellon’s data ecosystem to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Understand business and regulatory needs, identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Learn and implement new tools, systems, and techniques beneficial to Global Asset Safety and stakeholders.
- Enable the team to leverage data to transform work and deliver exceptional client value.
Skills required for this role include
- Excellent digital skills and understanding of solution architecture, backend databases, ETL, and front-end visualization.
- Ability to interpret data and understand critical data elements driving business strategy.
- Strong documentation and communication skills using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Flow Charting (BPMN).
- Application testing skills to support internal stakeholders and clients in releasing solutions.
