Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak, established in 2012 under the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006, is a State Private University. Sponsored by Shri Baba Mastnath Math, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak, the university has made significant advancements in professional and health sciences education. This year’s competition focuses on Criminal Law, highlighting the complexities and grey areas within the criminal justice system. It will challenge participants to navigate these nuances with innovative arguments.
About the Opportunity
The National Moot Court Competition is designed to showcase legal scholarship and advocacy, providing a platform for students to demonstrate their skills and engage in meaningful debate. Participants will simulate a courtroom environment, allowing them to challenge themselves and develop legal acumen.
Eligibility
The competition is open to students enrolled in a three-year or five-year LL.B. Degree Course at a recognized law college or university in India. LL.M. students are also eligible to participate. Multiple teams from the same institution can register.

- Winner Team: Rs. 21,000 + Trophy & Certificate
