Eligibility
The internship is open to highly motivated and driven individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Law students or recent graduates with a focus on corporate law, M&A, or similar fields.
- Skills: Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Interest Areas: Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated interest or experience in corporate transactions, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Cars24, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the legal team on corporate transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Debt Financing deals.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters.
- Assisting in the drafting and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to high-value deals.
- Gaining practical exposure to the legal intricacies involved in Venture Capital transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the legal compliance of business activities and policies.
