Eligibility
To be considered for the Legal Associate – Litigation position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an LL.B degree with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Possess a valid Sanad (mandatory).
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and civil laws.
- Have strong drafting skills and experience in preparing various pleadings, including notices, complaints, evidence affidavits, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and applications.
- Exhibit good research skills and fluency in English.
- Preferably have experience dealing with clients.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal Associate – Litigation at Chambers of Advocate Aditya Lele, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting a variety of pleadings such as notices, complaints, evidence affidavits, replies, rejoinders, writ petitions, and applications.
- Appearing before various courts and quasi-judicial authorities, including the High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, and Magistrate Courts.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Collaborating with senior advocates and other team members to develop legal strategies.
- Managing and prioritizing complex and interrelated tasks.
- Communicating effectively with clients and maintaining professional relationships.

Mode and Location
