Eligibility
– The internship is open to students currently pursuing an LLB degree.
Role and Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research on topics such as corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, and employment law.
– Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
– Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and in the development of company policies.
– Organize and manage case files, legal documents, and records.
– Perform administrative tasks, including filing and maintaining legal records.
– Attend meetings with the legal team and provide summaries, along with follow-up actions.
