Eligibility
To be eligible for this position:
- The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
- Strong drafting skills, particularly in Appeals, Petitions, Written Statements, Claims, and Legal Notices.
- Experience in appearing before High Court (HC), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), and District Courts.
- Proficient in legal research.
Role and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Lawyer will include:
- Drafting of Appeals, Petitions, Written Statements, Claims, Legal Notices, and other legal documents.
- Representing clients and appearing before various courts and tribunals including HC, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, and District Courts.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members on complex legal matters.
