Eligibility
The internship is open to:
- 5th-year students pursuing a 5-year integrated law program.
- 3rd-year students pursuing a 3-year LLB program.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Long-Term Law Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Research: Assisting in in-depth research on laws, case precedents, and emerging legal trends.
- Drafting: Preparing legal documents, contracts, and case briefs under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
- Client Support: Participating in advisory and litigation assignments related to indirect tax, corporate law, and customs matters.
- Case Preparation: Supporting the litigation team in preparing arguments, filing petitions, and court appearances (where applicable).
