SecurView, Inc. is looking for a skilled Legal Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their legal team in Pune. This full-time, on-site position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various IT-related contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing legal support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT contracts and an understanding of the legal aspects of cybersecurity and AI technologies.

Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Master’s degree (LLM) in IT law, Cybersecurity law, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law, IT law, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their legal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Drafting:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of IT-related contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Client Interaction:
- Participate in calls and meetings with clients and their legal teams to discuss contract terms, negotiate agreements, and address legal concerns.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Legal Compliance:
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity and AI technologies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company’s operations and ensure compliance.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide guidance on data privacy and protection, intellectual property rights, and other relevant issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including IT, HR, and business development, to understand and address their legal needs.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and legal documents.
- Prepare reports on legal activities and present them to senior management.
