Srivastava Law Offices (SLO) is seeking two long-term interns for a physical internship at their Gurgaon office. This is a valuable opportunity for final-year law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.

Srivastava Law Offices (SLO) is an established law firm with a diverse clientele, including both companies and individuals. The firm specializes in Litigation, Contract Management, and Liasoning. SLO represents clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and various District Courts and Tribunals in the Delhi NCR region. Their areas of expertise include RERA Matters, White Collar Crime, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Insolvency, Recovery and Arbitration Matters, Consumer Disputes, and Due Diligence.
Eligibility
– Final-year law students from a 5-year or 3-year course
– 2023 or 2024 graduates
– Strong command of written and spoken English
– Acumen for legal drafting and research
– Willingness to learn court procedures and laws
– Zeal for learning and working in diverse fields
– Proficiency in drafting complaints, writs, O.A., and legal notices
– Ability to perform under tight deadlines
Role and Responsibilities
– Drafting and filing complaints
– Conducting research as directed by partners
– Attending court proceedings, both virtually and physically
– Managing trackers and MIS for various clients
– Assisting in court proceedings
– Visiting courts, forums, and tribunals as required
– Communicating with clients to understand their needs
– Writing briefs of judgments and legal articles
