Eligibility
- Sr Associate Advocates (Non-Litigation):
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years specializing in legal title due diligence of properties.
- Leadership: At least 1 year of experience managing a team of associate advocates.
- Skills: Proficient in handling banking clients and delivering high-quality legal reports on time.
- Sr Associate Advocates (Litigation):
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in litigation, specifically in recovery of bank dues through various legal mechanisms like Suits, DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI, Arbitration, and NCLT.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sr Associate Advocates (Non-Litigation):
- Conduct thorough legal title due diligence of properties.
- Manage and lead a team of associate advocates.
- Interact with banking clients to understand their needs and deliver accurate legal reports promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Sr Associate Advocates (Litigation):
- Handle litigation cases related to recovery of bank dues.
- Represent clients in various legal forums including Suits, DRT, DRAT, SARFAESI, Arbitration, and NCLT.
- Prepare legal documents and manage case files.
- Advise clients on legal strategies and ensure effective case management.
