Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Yatharth Law Chambers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling compliances related to direct tax, indirect tax laws, corporate laws, and commercial laws, including registrations and filing of returns.
- Assisting with drafting and litigation in the areas of taxation and commercial laws.
- Engaging in business, financial, investment, auditing, and management consultancy.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support lawyers in case preparation.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Assisting in the preparation for court hearings and trials by organizing case files and evidence.
- Communicating with clients and other legal professionals to gather information and updates on cases.
- Staying updated on legal developments and trends to contribute to the team’s knowledge base and overall success.
