Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in legal matters, particularly in contractual issues, arbitration, legislative matters, or land acquisition.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Providing legal advice on various contractual, arbitration, and legislative matters.
- Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to NHAI’s projects and operations.
- Dispute Resolution: Handling arbitration and other dispute resolution processes, ensuring the protection of NHAI’s interests.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Land Acquisition: Managing legal aspects related to land acquisition for highway projects, including handling disputes and negotiations.
- Documentation: Preparing and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts to mitigate legal risks.
