Eligibility
- Additional General Manager (Legal):
- LL.B. from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum of 17 years of post-qualification executive experience in legal.
- Chief Manager (Legal):

Role and Responsibilities
- Additional General Manager (Legal):
- Overseeing the legal department and managing a team of legal professionals.
- Providing legal advice and support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handling litigation and dispute resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings.
- Chief Manager (Legal):
- Assisting the Additional General Manager (Legal) in managing the legal department.
- Providing legal advice on various matters, including corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.

- Ensuring the company’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
