The successful candidate will oversee the management and optimization of Cisco Maintenance, Entitlements, and Subscriptions for the firm’s clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that clients’ Cisco equipment is covered under appropriate contracts, managing software subscriptions, and providing expert guidance on contract terms and conditions.

Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Degree or Master’s preferred.
– 2+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or renewals role, preferably within the technology industry.
– Knowledge of Cisco products and services, particularly Cisco Smartnet, is a plus.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
The Contract Analyst will be responsible for:
– Renewal Management: Track and manage the renewal process for Cisco Smartnet licenses, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing service disruptions.
– Database Maintenance: Maintain and update the renewal tracking system with accurate client information, renewal dates, and status updates.
– Quote Generation: Prepare and send renewal quotes to Lockstep’s Account Executives and Inside Sales team.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless renewal process and address any client issues.
– Reporting: Generate and analyze renewal reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving the renewal process and increasing renewal sales.

Mode and Location
