Fidus Law Chambers is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Associate to join our Litigation Team. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Intellectual Property law, looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing legal practice.

Eligibility
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
– A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program. Degrees obtained through correspondence or distance education programs are not eligible.
– 4-5 years post-qualification litigation experience (PQE) in a top-tier Intellectual Property firm.
– Deep understanding of Intellectual Property Laws.
– Extensive experience in drafting plaints, applications, and appeals in intellectual property laws.
– Excellent writing and speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
– Regular appearance before the Delhi High Court IPD over the last two years with a good knowledge of IPD practice and procedure.
– Ability to independently create digital paperbooks and e-file applications and pleadings.
– Strong research skills and familiarity with applicable case laws.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for:
– Independently drafting legal notices, plaints, applications, and appeals for filing before the Court.
– Attending hearings before the Joint Registrar and the Courts.
– Independently briefing senior counsel and Partners of the firm.
– Providing practical and commercially savvy advice to clients and carrying out independent client communications.

Mode and Location
This is a full-time position based in Noida. The candidate will be required to work on-site at Fidus Law Chambers.
