ContractPodAi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant – Legal Associate for their Hyderabad office. This entry-level, hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the legal tech industry, focusing on contract management and legal document review. The position is initially for six months, with the potential for retention based on performance.

ContractPodAi is a leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM), known for revolutionizing how CLM is priced, delivered, and supported. The platform, built on Microsoft technologies and hosted on Microsoft Azure, enables in-house legal teams to manage various legal scenarios using pre-built and configurable applications. These include claims, RFP review, corporate governance, and IP portfolio management. The platform leverages AI for document review, cognitive search, and advanced analytics, making it a versatile tool for legal departments.

Eligibility
- Education: Qualification in law (L.L.B/L.L.M)
- Experience: At least 1+ years in legal aid, with experience in contract review, abstraction, and legal document review
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF; excellent analytical and legal skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities; team player with the ability to work independently
Role and Responsibilities
- Abstracting key information from legal documents, including commercial contracts, papers, reports, and presentations
- Understanding the ContractPodAi platform and ensuring seamless setup of legal documents and data for clients
- Handling projects independently and reviewing complex contracts with high productivity and accuracy
- Identifying and assessing the impact of review guidelines on contracts
- Working on ad-hoc projects as required
