These roles are ideal for legal professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience, specializing in Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Investment Transactions, Securities, and General Corporate law. Eligibility
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Qualifications: LLB or LLM from a recognized institution
- Expertise in PE-VC, Investment Transactions, Securities, and General Corporate law
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as term sheets, share subscription and shareholders agreements, convertible notes, debenture agreements, share purchase agreements, and general corporate agreements
- Thorough knowledge of Company Law and Securities Law
- Understanding of compliance requirements in investment transactions and share issuance
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing term sheets, share subscription and shareholders agreements, convertible notes, debenture agreements, share purchase agreements, and other investment-related documents
- Drafting and reviewing general corporate agreements and policies, including partnership agreements, consultant agreements, ESOPs, and HR policies
- Ensuring compliance with Company Law and Securities Law during investment transactions
- Managing and advising on corporate legal matters and policies
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate investment transactions
