Ramanand Goyal & Co. (RNGC) is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Legal team, specializing in Real Estate. This position requires a strong background in both civil litigation and non-litigation aspects of real estate law. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various legal forums, providing comprehensive legal advice, and managing complex real estate transactions.

Eligibility
– A law degree from a recognized university
– 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation and non-litigation real estate matters
– Proven experience in representing clients in courts and tribunals, particularly in RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and REAT (Real Estate Appellate Tribunal)
– Excellent communication and drafting skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Role and Responsibilities
– Represent clients before RERA, REAT, and other relevant legal forums
– Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of real estate issues, including property transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
– Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and internal projects
– Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions

Mode and Location
The primary location for this role is in Jaipur, with occasional travel to other cities, including Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, and Gurugram, as required.
