Eligibility
– A completed 5-year LLB course
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS or reputable law firms
– Strong understanding of commercial, regulatory, and compliance issues
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Experience in handling legal matters related to technology and software industries
Role and Responsibilities
– Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
