Eligibility
– Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required. A Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
– Skills: The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking and financial laws, excellent research and drafting skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities
– Draft, review, and analyze legal documents related to banking and NBFCs.
– Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
– Support senior attorneys with legal opinions and reports.
– Participate in client meetings and assist with their legal needs.
– Support civil litigation processes.
– Assist in due diligence and maintain organized case files.
