Eligibility
– Position 1: Associate with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
– Position 2: Associate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
– Passion for litigation and a strong desire to build a career in this field
– Strong analytical and communication skills
Role and Responsibilities
– Representing clients in court for various litigation matters
– Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, including pleadings and briefs
– Advising clients on legal issues and developing strategies for litigation
– Collaborating with senior attorneys and other associates on case strategies
– Managing case files and ensuring all legal procedures are followed
