Eligibility
– Position: Associate/Senior Associate
– Experience: 4–6 years of post-qualification experience
– Law Firm Experience: At least 4–5 years with Tier 1/2 law firms
– Specialization: Corporate Commercial Practice and M&A
Role and Responsibilities
– Provide legal representation and advice to clients.
– Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
– Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and court proceedings.
– Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
– Handle transactions with minimal supervision.
