This full-time on-site role entails providing legal advice and support to clients in various areas of Corporate Law, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. The Senior Legal Associate will collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers and handle diverse and challenging legal matters.

Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a related field.
- Experience in advising clients on corporate law matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing corporate law in India.
- Experience in dealing with government agencies and regulators is a plus.
- Membership of the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council is a plus.
