Eligibility

To be eligible for the Assistant Manager Regional Coordinator – Litigation position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A law graduate with at least one year of relevant experience and six months of bar enrollment.
  • Experience: Prior experience in litigation management and legal drafting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a dynamic legal environment.

Role and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Regional Coordinator – Litigation include:

  • Clarifying the company’s stance on legal matters based on inputs from the Legal department and relevant departments.
  • Coordinating with external counsel to ensure readiness for hearings and appropriateness of legal responses.
  • Attending hearings in courts and ombudsman offices as required.
  • Informing management of potential legal and litigation risks on a periodic basis.
  • Advising management on legal queries and providing clarifications.
  • Recording and reporting litigation progress to management on a fortnightly basis.
  • Complying with the organization’s risk management framework and participating in risk management activities.
