Eligibility
To be considered for the Associate positions at Bhasin & Co., candidates must have between 2 to 5 years of PQE, specifically in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include drafting suits, claims, writs, petitions, applications, appeals, and replies. Associates will also conduct legal research and appear before various courts, including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and Arbitral Tribunals. The role demands a high level of legal acumen and the ability to handle complex legal issues with precision.
