Eligibility
- Minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Significant experience in handling M&A and VC transactions.

Role and Responsibilities
- Structuring Transactions: Design and implement the structure of complex transactions to meet client objectives.
- Drafting & Negotiating Legal Documents: Draft and negotiate term sheets, share agreements, and other critical legal documents essential for M&A and VC transactions.
- Legal & Compliance Due Diligence: Conduct thorough legal and compliance due diligence for startups, ensuring all regulatory and legal requirements are met.
- Overseeing Closing Formalities: Manage and oversee the closing formalities of transactions, ensuring all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
