About the Publication
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), Lucknow, one of the top National Law Universities in India, is inviting submissions for its upcoming edited book titled “Human Rights at the Intersection of IP, Technology, and Emerging Global Issues.” The book, to be published by Bloomsbury, will explore the dynamic relationship between human rights, intellectual property, technology, and emerging global issues in the 21st century.
Theme
The book focuses on the impact of technological advancements, such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and digital platforms, on human rights. It delves into privacy, surveillance, algorithmic bias, and digital inequality while discussing how these issues influence economic, social, and cultural rights. The book will also highlight the potential of technology in promoting and protecting human rights.

Students, academicians, researchers, practitioners, activists, and policymakers.
Submission Guidelines
- Proposal Submission: Proposals should be no longer than 150 words, providing a brief description of the chapter’s topic and structure.
- Formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Headings: Bold, left-aligned, 12 pt
- Citations: Footnotes in JILI format (Times New Roman, 10 pt, single spacing)
- Full Chapter Submission: After approval of the proposal, the final chapter must be submitted by October 15, 2024.

- Full Chapter Submission Deadline: October 15, 2024
- Expected Release of Book: March 2025
Registration Fee
Upon final acceptance, a fee of ₹2800 will be required. This includes the cost of a hardcover copy of the book for the author. Co-authors can purchase additional copies at ₹2600 each.
