Eligibility
- Recent law graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in both online and offline information search.
- Excellent written and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to assignments.
Role and Responsibilities
- Document Review: Assess and review various legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Agreements Abstract: Summarize and extract key information from agreements.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of legal data.
- Drafting of Agreements: Draft and revise legal agreements as per the requirements.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support the team in various legal matters.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with the relevant legal standards and regulations.
