Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience (PQE): 0-1 year.
- Recent graduates or those with up to one year of legal experience are encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate (A-0) at Clergy and Wisemen LLP, your responsibilities will include:
- Real Estate: Assisting in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, conducting due diligence, researching real estate laws and regulations, and providing legal advice on property transactions.
- General Corporate: Supporting corporate transactions, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, conducting legal research on corporate laws, and advising clients on corporate governance and compliance.
- General Litigation: Assisting in case preparation, drafting pleadings and legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court under supervision, and providing litigation support.
