Eligibility
To be considered for the Associate position at Dhvaj and Associates, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a law firm.
– An LLB or LLM degree from a well-ranked law school.
– A high level of self-motivation, diligence, and hard work.
– Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected Associate will be responsible for:
– Providing high-quality legal counsel and support to clients.
– Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including transaction agreements, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, and joint venture agreements.
– Handling commercial contracts for various sectors, including Real Estate, Fintech, Telecom, and IT.
– Demonstrating sound knowledge of due diligence processes and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant.
