Eligibility
To be considered for the Junior Advocate position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2+ years of experience in the legal field.
- A law degree from a recognized university.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Must-Have Criteria:
- A valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada.
- Ability to commute to the office, currently located near Vidyapeeta Circle.
- Prior legal experience.
Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Advocate will be responsible for:
- Assisting all advocates with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and attending court proceedings.
