Eligibility
To qualify for this position, candidates should:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigator, preferably working at a law firm or lawyer’s chambers.
- Possess specific experience in corporate litigation.
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Be based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Litigation Associate at GLC, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting writs, petitions, applications, and memos for submission before the High Court, NCLT, Commercial Court, Civil Courts, and DRT.
- Entering appearances and conducting effective arguments before various courts and adjudicating authorities.
- Performing legal research, applying facts to legal issues, and preparing comprehensive case notes.
- Managing client communications, both offline and online, and maintaining an updated client database with case statuses.
- Collaborating with clerks for filing documents at various forums and being capable of handling filings independently when necessary.
