Eligibility
To be considered for the Associate Manager (Contracts) position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing contracts and related legal matters.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of contract law principles, international contracts, intellectual property rights, and contractual dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of local or regional languages is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with modern contract management systems and data security protocols.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate Manager (Contracts) will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Managing and mitigating legal risks associated with contracts.
- Providing legal advice on contract management and related legal issues.
- Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all contractual agreements.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth contractual relationships.
