Eligibility

Role and Responsibilities
As a Specialist, Legal Services at Mastercard, responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire contract preparation and execution process, from receipt of a contract request to final signature.
- Conducting an initial triage of contract requests to ensure adherence to Mastercard’s policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various vendor and commercial contracts, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, software licenses, consulting agreements, and more.
- Collaborating with business unit clients and subject matter experts to ensure that all agreements align with Mastercard’s approved policies.
- Providing superior customer service by adhering to GBSC standards in quality, response times, and service level objectives.
- Assessing contract terms and special provisions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Mastercard policies.
- Recognizing when to escalate matters or exercise independent judgment and discretion.
