This full-time, on-site role is a critical part of Morgan Stanley’s Legal & Compliance Division (LCD). Eligibility
- Education: Qualified lawyer with an LLB (LLM is an added advantage).
- Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of legal documents and terminologies, proficiency in MS Office, and comfort working with technology. Prior experience in legal operations or reference data is an advantage.
- Attributes: Self-starter, ability to work independently, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Early Dispute Resolution (EDR):
- Analyze regulatory inquiries and prepare draft responses.
- Review legal requests and interact with US personnel.
- Retrieve and organize documents for production.
- Document settlement agreements and coordinate payments.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and documenting responses.
- Conduct Risk Support:
- Enter conduct risk information into the Conduct Risk Tool.
- Reconciliation and reporting, coordination with global investigative teams.
- Development of metrics and reporting related to conduct risk incidents.
- Ensure execution of the firm’s conduct risk program.
