Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
- Having five years of service in the grade rendered after appointment on a regular basis at level-11 (INR 67,700-208,700) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department
- Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized university
Role and Responsibilities
The Deputy Registrar will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the administrative and legal functions of the NCDRC
- Assisting in the management and processing of consumer disputes and complaints
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures
- Coordinating with various government bodies, public sector undertakings, and judicial entities
