NxtWave is currently seeking a Labour Law Compliance Associate to join their team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site position requires a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in labour law compliance. The role involves researching labour laws, maintaining compliance records, participating in audits, and supporting the development of training programs.

Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in the labour law compliance field.
- Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Role and Responsibilities
- Research and Analysis: Assist in researching state and local labour laws and regulations, analyze legal documents, government guidelines, and regulatory updates, and prepare summaries and reports on relevant labour law topics.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, assist in the preparation and organization of compliance documentation for audits, and ensure timely and accurate filing of required compliance reports.
- Compliance Audits and Reviews: Participate in internal compliance audits, assist in identifying areas of non-compliance, help develop corrective action plans, and follow up on audit findings.
- Training and Education: Support the development and delivery of training programs on labour law compliance, and assist in creating educational materials and resources.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the review and update of company policies to ensure compliance with labour laws, help implement new compliance initiatives, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compliance questions, communicate compliance updates to relevant departments, and provide general administrative support to the compliance team.
