Eligibility
To be eligible for the Legal – IR Housing – Litigation position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: LL.B or part LL.B.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in handling civil cases, court appearances, legal notice, and legal drafting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in handling civil cases and court procedures.
- Strong legal drafting skills in English and Marathi.
- Experience in coordinating with advocates and legal consultants.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act and handling land and revenue matters.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the Legal – IR Housing – Litigation position include:
- Court Coordination:
- Coordinating court matters related to housing colony end-to-end processes.
- Keeping track of ongoing and new court case dates.
- Appearing on behalf of the company in housing-related matters.
- Legal Drafting:
- Drafting legal documents in English and Marathi.
- Replying to legal notices on behalf of the company.
- Advocate Coordination:
- Coordinating and discussing with advocates and legal consultants on housing court matters.
- Deciding the company’s stand in legal matters and ensuring preparation for hearings.
- Internal Communication:
- Explaining legal matters to senior management.
- Providing updates on court cases and legal proceedings.
- Legal Knowledge:
- Awareness of the Companies Act.
- Handling land and revenue matters related to company quarters.
- Knowledge of court procedures and legal processes.
