Eligibility
- For Advocate with IBC Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in handling cases related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
- Strong understanding of the legal procedures and regulations under the IBC.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in handling court proceedings related to insolvency matters.
- For Fresher Law Graduate:
- Recent law graduates with a passion for litigation.
- Keen interest in learning various aspects of legal practice, including court appearances, legal research, and drafting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advocate with IBC Experience:
- Handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases from start to finish.
- Drafting legal documents, filing petitions, and representing clients in insolvency proceedings.
- Advising clients on corporate restructuring, liquidation, and other matters related to insolvency.
- Appearing before various tribunals and courts to represent clients.
- Fresher Law Graduate:
- Assisting senior lawyers in court proceedings and legal documentation.
- Conducting legal research on various litigation matters.
- Drafting legal briefs, pleadings, and other relevant documents under supervision.
- Attending court hearings and tribunal proceedings to gain practical legal experience.
