Eligibility
To be eligible for the Lead Legal Counsel position at Tech Mahindra, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: A law degree from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in legal practice, preferably with experience in IT/ITES industry, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities
As the Lead Legal Counsel at Tech Mahindra, your primary responsibilities will include:
Legal Advisory: Providing strategic legal advice to senior management on various business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and compliance issues.
Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts including client agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.

Dispute Resolution: Managing and resolving legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration, in coordination with external legal counsel.
