Role and Responsibilities
The selected Junior Advocates/Associates will:
– Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
– Conduct thorough legal research.
– Appear and represent clients in the High Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Commercial/Civil Court, Consumer Forums, and other legal forums.
– Assist senior advocates in preparing for cases and providing legal counsel to clients.
– Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures.
