Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, candidates must:
- Have 1-3 years of PQE in Banking and Finance law.

- Exhibit excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Banking and Finance team at Wadia Ghandy & Co., your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documentation, and other finance-related contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and handling negotiations with financial institutions.
- Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex transactions.
