Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must:
- Have 2-3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in capital markets.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the Capital Market practice at DSK Legal, you will:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing prospectuses, offer documents, and other transactional documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence for capital market transactions.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as SEBI and Stock Exchanges.
- Handle initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, and other capital market transactions.
- Work closely with senior associates and partners on client matters.
- Ensure timely delivery of legal advice and documentation.
